Purchasing from the Fully Sic Bags Website

On the Fully Sic Bags website, we sell two types of products:

1. Sickness Packs
2. Sickness Pack Gift Vouchers

Sickness Packs

Delivery Method

Depending on your location, you should be able to select one of the following delivery methods:

1. Normal every-day post
2. Express Post
3. Courier Delivery (only if you have contacted us to arrange for this to occur)

Delivery Timeframe

The delivery timeframe is dependent on where you live and your chosen delivery method.

Use the following as a guide:

1. Normal every-day post:  This could take between 2-7 days in Australia and 2-4 weeks for overseas.
2. Express Post:  This could take anywhere between 1-3 days in Australia and 3-7 days for overseas.
3. Courier Delivery:  Please contact us to determine this timeframe.

The processing of orders and deliveries are made Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.

If we feel that a better delivery method would be more suitable for your order, we will contact you to see if you would like to change delivery options.

If you order multiple items and some are unavailable, we will let you know immediately. We will usually hold your order and send it when all items are available, unless you ask us to send it in multiple parcels, in which case extra postage charges will apply.

If/when stocks are low, delivery may be delayed. If your order is urgent we strongly suggest you contact us to discuss your needs first to make sure the product will be available in time for your required date before your order is placed.

It may occasionally be necessary to amend postage charges before an order can be accepted. Should this situation arise, we will contact you immediately and you will have the option of withdrawing your order.

Please keep in mind that we will endeavour to process and send off your order with three days of your payment has been confirmed - BUT as we use Australia Post and third party postage and courier services, the time it takes for them to deliver your order to you is outside of our control.  We will not be held responsible for any delivery delays or losses once we have delivered your order to the on-forwarding delivery company.

Overseas Deliveries

Many countries may apply local import duty and/or sales tax on imported goods. We have no control of these charges and cannot predict how much they might be. Customs may also delay Credit union online or open for inspection some items. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we would advise you to contact your local customs office for further information.

Australia charges all Australians a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) on all products purchased in Australia.  All purchases delivered to a non-Australian address will be charged ex GST costs on the Fully Sic Bag product.

Postage and Handling Cost

All postage and handling (P&H) costs will be added on top of your Fully Sic Bags purchase.  You will be able to see the resulting total cost within your shopping cart when you checkout.  Your P&H costs are dependent on your order quantity/size/weight, postal address, and chosen delivery method.

Incorrect delivery address details may result in your purchase being delayed or not being delivered, therefore please ensure your delivery address details are correct including the post/zip code. Any cost of having to resend your purchase due to incorrect delivery address details will be your responsibility.

Sickness Pack Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are convenient, easy and flexible and a perfect present for a friend or relative!  Simply fill in the Gift Voucher form and determine how much money you would like the voucher to be for.  Fully Sic Bags Gift Vouchers are only redeemable for purchases made on the Fully Sic Bags website.

Delivery Method

You can chose to have the voucher delivered to:

1. Electronic Copy:
   1. Your email address, AND/OR
   2. Your recipients email address
2. Hard Copy:
   1. Your postal address, OR
   2. Your recipients postal address

Delivery Timeframe

Once your payment has been confirmed, we will deliver your Gift Voucher. 

1. For Electronic Copies, we will endeavour to send this to your selected email(s) within 24 hours or the next business day if it is a weekend or public holiday once payment has been confirmed.
2. For Hard Copies, we will endeavour to send this to your selected postal address within 24 hours or the next business day if it is a weekend or public holiday once payment has beenThe default postage service is the normal everyday mail delivery, which could range between 1 and 5 days depending on where it is to be delivered.  If you explicitly request for the Gift Voucher to be posted by Express Post, this could take between 1 and 3 days.

Postage and Handling Cost

1. For Electronic Copies, there is no postage or handling costs – this service is FREE!
2. For Hard Copies, if you chose for your Gift Voucher to be delivered by normal every day post, this service isIf you chose to have your Gift Voucher delivered via Express Post, this will cost $5 per address.

Purchasing from one of Fully Sic Bags’ Stockists

Delivery Method

If you chose to purchase from one of our stockists, you should be able to buy the product when you are in their store or shopping on their website.  Please contact your chosen stockist to make sure they have the product you want in stock and when the best time is for you to pick it up.

Some of our stockists also allow you to purchase our bags online from their own website – please consult their Delivery Policy for their delivery options.

Delivery Timeframe

The benefit of buying in store is that you get your product right then and there!  No delivery times necessary!

Cost

FREE!!!  Fully Sic Bags does not charge you for purchases in store – most of our stockists won’t either if you pick the item up in store, but it’s best to confirm with them.
