Returns Policy

Sickness Packs:

If you purchased a Sickness Pack from the Fully Sic Bags website, we are more than happy to refund or replace your purchase if the following occurs:

  • Your Fully Sic Bag outer package and/or wipe package and/or mint package was open when you received it.
  • Your Fully Sic Bag vomit bag has a hole/tear and therefore would/did leak as a result of this hole/tear.
  • Fully Sic Bags made an error in your order and sent you a product you didn’t order.
  • An error has been made and the product has been sold to you outside of the mints and wipes best before date.
  • Any other defect that can be found with the product that cannot be attributed to yourself or improper use of the product.

Fully Sic Bags would expect that a reasonable period of time for you to discover any of these defects would be 30 days from purchasing your product.  Fully Sic Bags will determine if a financial refunded is to be given or a replacement item is to be sent to you instead.  If you had ordered multiple products together, only the defective product will be refunded or replaced.  If we chose to replace the item, Fully Sic Bags will cover the delivery costs of this new item to you.

If you would like to seek a refund or a replacement of the defective item, the following must be done:

  • Please contact us via any of the details below to advise us of your defect and desire to return the product.
  • You need to provide us with evidence of your purchase.
  • Evidence of any of the above issues must be shown and that this defect was a fault of Fully Sic Bags and not yourself.
  • The defective product must be return to us at your own cost for inspection.

 

Gift Vouchers:

If you purchased a Gift Voucher from the Fully Sic Bags website, we are able to replace the voucher if you loose or damage it, however we are unable to refund the Gift Vouchers value or any unspent funds on it.

If you require a replacement voucher, please contact Fully Sic Bags via email or phone and we will gladly send you another one.

 

Fully Sic Bags will not refund or replace your purchase for the following reasons:

  • You changed your mind about the product and you no longer want it.
  • You purchased your item from one of our stockists – please contact the stockists you purchased your Fully Sic Bag product from to understand what their Returns and Refunds Policy is.
  • Any delays or loss of items caused to your order as a result of the actions of the Third Party Delivery Company delivering your order to you (see NOTE below).
  • Delivery costs will not be refunded.

 

Please note:  As Fully Sic Bags is not held accountable for the actions of the Third Party Delivery Company delivering your order to you, we will not refund any costs or replace any items if your delivery is delayed or lost.  You will need to contact the delivery company to determine the most appropriate action to be taken by yourself to recuperate any costs.  Fully Sic Bags will however assist you as much as we can with this process.
